How it works

Flashcards put a prompt on the front and an answer on the back. They fit vocabulary, definitions, formulas, and other facts you want to recall. A card can include a short explanation that shows up when you review.

Use a small deck for one lesson or a group of terms you tend to mix up. Try answering before you flip, then use the end-of-round review to return to the cards you missed.

  1. 01

    Enter a topic

Type what the cards should cover, such as multiplication facts. The builder uses that wording, plus the card count, difficulty, and grade, to draft each front and back. A specific topic keeps each pair on one idea.

  2. 02

    Generate and review cards

The topic trial opens a read-only preview in the Flashcard Builder. Check the deck title, then the front and back of each card, and any explanation. Sign in and save this preview before you change a card or start studying.

  3. 03

    Save and study

After you save, change a front, a back, or the deck title. Open the deck, read the front, and flip to reveal the back, marking Knew It or Didn't Know. The round ends with those counts, then review the cards you missed.
