What gets deleted
Your Triviolt account and profile, any kid profiles, learning progress and scores, custom quizzes, notes, flashcards, push notification tokens, and your local subscription records are permanently removed. Deletion begins immediately once you confirm and cannot be undone.
What is kept, and for how long
Shared challenge, family, party, and leaderboard entries may remain as anonymized records where other players still need them. We retain minimal security logs and HMAC-hashed deletion audit records for up to 30 days to prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Payment records held by Apple, Google, or Stripe are governed by their own policies.
